Get 1:1 time with Mary, CFSC, to make a plan to meet your strength goals. Starting with an initial assessment and movement screen, Mary will work with you to develop an individualized plan specific to your needs and goals.
A mix of weight training, body weight movements, cardio and conditioning, depending on your goals. Virtual and in-person options available.

Large Group Workouts
Large group workouts available via Zoom! Classes are full body strength and conditioning.
Virtual Zoom Classes: Monday and Wednesday evenings at 5:30 PM. $10 drop in, or buy a pack of 10 and get one free!
Full body, no gym equipment needed
All levels welcome, modifications offered for all exercises.
Mary's zoom workout classes have saved my husband and I during quarantine! They are a great workout and help us feel apart of a community despite the distancing. Cant wait to take more classes and see the Seacoast Health Collective in person!
