Small Group Fitness Classes
Circuit training and kettlebell classes focus on strength and conditioning. Stretching and recovery classes aim to increase mobility and reverse repetitive actions of daily life that can often cause tightness and pain.
Get 1:1 time with Mary, CFSC, to make a plan to meet your strength goals. Starting with an initial assessment and movement screen, Mary will work with you to develop an individualized plan specific to your needs and goals. A mix of weight training, body weight movements, cardio and conditioning, inside and outside, whatever you need!

The Seacoast Health Collective is a community of like minded practitioners working to help people meet their goals and guiding them on their wellness journey. Wherever you are on your journey, we can provide services to meet you where you’re at: from injury prevention and recovery, to strength, conditioning, and performance.
Services include personal training, small group fitness classes, custom orthotics, acupuncture and orthopedic massage. We will be adding more services overtime, so check back often!
