Ginny Hartnett headshot_edited.jpg

Ginny Hartnett, ATSI, IASI, LMT

Structural Integrationist, Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer

Ginny started in the fitness industry when she taught her first aerobics class in 1990 after graduating from UNH. While raising her family on the Seacoast of New Hampshire, she worked with active older adults in group fitness classes and personal training. After taking a workshop on fascia and its role in movement and gait, she was very excited to bring some new strategies to share with her clients. It was at this workshop that Ginny learned about Anatomy Trains™—a way of looking at the body's soft tissue as long myofascial chains, rather than individual muscles.

Inspired to get more hands-on with the fascial system, Ginny attended massage therapy school, additional fascial-based fitness trainings, and Anatomy Trains™ Structural Integration (ATSI) certification. It is the puzzle of unwinding bodily compensations that interests her most and keeps her going back to learn more.

Certifications: Anatomy Trains™ Structural Integration (ATSI), Board-Certified Structural Integrator (IASI), Licensed Massage Therapist, ACE Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist
