Kettlebell Workout

Kettlebell Basics

5:30 - 6:30 pm

Learn the basic kettlebell movements including turkish getups, swings, snatches, cleans, and pulls. This class is open to all levels, even if you don’t know what a kettlebell is, come check it out! Learn the basics here and movements will progress with you to more technical complexes and longer conditioning programs.

Small Group Fitness Class

Circuit Training

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

7:00 - 8:00 am

A mix of strength, conditioning, body weight movements, and resistance actions. Circuits change daily, but the structure remains consistent: 4 rounds of 8-10 exercises for 40-60 seconds each. With a focus on form and quality movement, this class is perfect for people who are new to movement and for those who are more advanced. Every station has multiple variations to challenge everybody.

Stretching

Stretch and Recover

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

4:45 - 5:15 pm

​Stretching and recovery are two very important pieces of wellness, strength, and training that are too often neglected.  This class starts with a full body foam rolling routine to loosen up myofascial tissue and muscles. Stretches are focused on increasing mobility and reversing repetitive actions of daily life that can often cause tightness and pain.

Starting with an initial assessment and movement screen, Mary will work with you to develop an individualized plan specific to your needs and goals. Board certified family and psychiatric nurse practitioner, Lisa Roseberry, offers medication management for mental health disorders such as Anxiety, Depression, ADD/ADHD, and Bipolar Disorder. Ages 12 and up
